在SMT工藝流程中，錫膏印刷是非常重要的一環，而鋼網無疑又是錫膏印刷質量好壞的重要因素之一。一般情況下，一張鋼網的張力需要保持在30-50N/cm。鋼網張力過小，易引起少錫，偏移等印刷不良, 張力太大脫膜的時候會拉尖會縮短使用壽命等，所以檢測鋼網的張力顯得尤為重要。TETKOMAT張力計適用于各種類型絲網版張力的測試，指針式指示張力（單位：牛頓），無需任何電源。TETKOMAT可隨意檢測拉緊網布任意位置上的張力，該張力計一般測試網版的徑向和緯向張力，使網版達到徑、緯線方向一致。

Screen printing tension meter
The TetkoMat is a portable, compact, mechanical tension measuring device for accurate and consistent measurement of all screen printing fabrics in Newtons per centimeter (N/cm).
The TetkoMat consists of a shock-resistant measuring base with a precision mechanical dial indicator. The TetkoMat works on the principle of force deflection; the unique design of the meters 3-point measuring base permits accurate measurement on the screen (polyester, nylon or wire), independent of the screen frame or stretching device. Protected in a convenient, rugged plastic carrying case.
